INFO

CLIENT: Coop
CATEGORY: digital utility, cross channel, loyalty, data
Role: Creative ideation, client service and project management
Agency: In2media

Project Description

In connection with a grand relaunch of a large Danish retailers member program In2media was asked to create a mobile presence covering 6 different chains and over 1.2 mio. members.

The task was to develop two apps on android and iOS, using available data and API’s delivered by the client. The project was to be delivered within an extremely short time range due to reserved media spend.

We induced the project with an Agile model squeezing the different phases close together and ensuring swift iterations. During a period of approximately two month there was delivered close to 2.000 hours and two applications was ready to be released.

Results

The first edition of the application laid out the ground works for the platform, that is today working with targeted offering and inspiration as well as Coops move in to mobile payment.

“Super app.”

“Som jeg oplever det kan det ikke gøres bedre.”

iOS users

The first steps on a digital journey

The applications took use of the available possibilities and offered the users access to their data, gave them their member card directly in the pocket and allowed them to participate in daily competitions. Furthermore the two applications served as foundation for further development and are the bases for the future roadmaps – VERY exciting analysis with cutting edge mobile technology has been made since launch and are awaiting implementation.

The solution was developed for both iOS and android using Coop API’s to connect member and grocery data.

The solution was created in the In2media group by In2media and Insillico.

Gyldendal – Turning dialogue into conversions

INFO

CLIENT: Gyldendal
ADDRESS: www.gyldendal.dk  (earlier version than current)
CATEGORY: Webdesign, mobile design, digital utility, e-commerce
Role: Client service and project management
Agency: In2media

Project Description

One of the largest Danish publishers are continuously working professionally on developing their online presences and are putting great effort in producing great and relevant content.

We (at In2media) have had a long time relationship with the client and are working closely on developing solutions that meet the demands of the publisher’s authors, partners and readers. Two of the most innovative solutions that we have developed are personalisation of content and integration of e-commerce.

Results

The work done moved Gyldendal out on the mobile of the consumer, integrated online sales and acted as the first stepping stone in their digital journey.

E-commerce and personalisation

The e-commerce was integrated in the current setup and
hooked up to the large existing database of products ranging from physical books to applications and soundbooks.  While never having a clear goal of being a significant sales channel (due to partner connections) the e-commerce channel quickly became a channel of interest as it delivered revenue without even marketing the solution in any way.

A way of promoting the e-commerce solution without directly promoting it has been through delivering great and relevant content to the readers through the site and the dialogue programme. This was made even better and more sophisticated with the integration of marketing automation and generation of personalized content, that we developed a state of the art solution for.

The solution we developed made it possible for the publisher to work with engagement plans, where they can work with triggered content, content to specific segments and setup a plan of events, so that the site and email campaigns can deliver specific and adapted content on the fly.

The solution was developed using Sitecore with ECM and DMS suites.

The solution was created at In2media. Head over to my old colleagues to se more great work.

Role: Digital advisor/strategist, client service and project management
Agency: In2media

Project Description

Danske Bank has for years been one of the front runners in the digital banking sphere and In2media worked with projects such as Mobilepay and Danske Netbank as some of the flagship projects from 2010-2015.

One item though that ended up being a bit neglected was the home page for both business and personal. This page where at its time also one of the best running on a sharepoint solution, but time had taken its toll and changes needed to be made.

Awards and nominations

  • Nominated for Danish Digital award 2015 in experimental, visual design

“Det er muligvis det bedste bank-website jeg har set. Er vild med det og den nye, ‘lettere’ identitet.”

Twitter user

Innovative release process and life situations.

A long process using deep user involvement and analyzing how to convert banking customers online started up in 2015 and ended op in a MVP which evolved around user life situations. The site was initially launched as Danske Bank Beta and gradually more and more content was added until september 2016, where the final switch was made.

My role in the project was client responsible and strategic advisor. Along with a great team I won the pitch and negotiated the contractual terms and took part in the analytical part of the project.

The solutionis build modular in Sitecore CMS with focus on giving editors of each department freedom when publishing.

See more about the project and team at the nomination site and on In2medias site.
